- log in to http://upcoming.org
- If you haven't done so already, join the group named 'theutah' - go here: http://upcoming.yahoo.com/group/2391 then click 'Join this group'
- Add your event in upcoming.org - click here: http://upcoming.yahoo.com/event/add
- once you've added the event, you'll be sent to the event's details page. On this page, there's a link that says 'Send to group'. Click this link and send it to the group named 'theutah'
- Viola, presto, that's it. If you'd like to verify that it made, just go back to http://upcoming.yahoo.com/group/2391 and verify that its there
